* j1 K- H/ {/ q$ Q4 m: c其实这个规则未必人人清楚，但是有投诉只好有处理。

1 v% `6 C" R8 H% r: ]6 e我决心判下去，还在于被告的发言在这里颇不妥当，煽风点火的味道很重，不单单是个禁言期间发言的问题。
