he is a holder of a ,alberta issued, driving instructor licence
and employ by a licenced driving training school.
let not fool ourself that mr. trailway is a properly licence instructor.

$ o! x( J; Q) ~0 ~/ dhow can someone teach other about the rules of the road and yet he is breaking the law himself.
