想问的问题是。。。

1)如果对方去警察局要修车NOTICE的时候，警察会不会通知我的保险公司？（因为我们想私了）

2)因为错在我方，他通知警察局后警察是否再会给我一张不遵守交通的TICKET.

3)万一警察通知了保险公司，但我们都认可私了，不用保险公司出一分钱，我的保费还会再涨吗？

不是高手，谈谈个人经验。保险公司都可以接受私了的解决办法，关键是当事人能不能接受。如果完全私了，保险没有涨的理由，也不会因为这个原因涨。超过千元的损失一定要报警，警察给违章方开罚单的可能性当然有，不过即使警方通知了保险公司，但是你们私了了，警方的报告和没有报告都一样。

我上次被撞，我们去了警察局，对方那个人带都保险都过期了，也没有收到罚单呀？

2有可能，前几天有个帖子的人自己违规u turn，然后撞了，去警察做报告的时候，给了他一张罚单。
9 g# m. Q0 J1 }! T5 u* e' s3不会，保险公司不出钱就不会涨保险。但是如果你被开罚单，然后减分了，就不一定了。

* r$ z  U* d' J& m8 o你可以和她一起去，一式3分，你一份，她一份，警察一份。或者让她自己去，会头给你一份就行，反正错在你，她怎么描述也不重要了，只要别故意给你找罚单就行了。
