* c6 c7 ~1 \% {: F4 y" L. g0 F5 iThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw
* ~* s$ W& b# K" r' ~1 _That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw
$ F1 w9 w3 D) z/ j4 a; p& _That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act ( C$ F3 a0 J8 l6 _, W8 y
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club ! L# G+ B0 ]& E+ z- m
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed American Staffordshire Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club 3 g3 F5 L: Y9 k, t
Note: The restricted dog definition does NOT include any dog that is registered, or eligible for registration, with the Canadian Kennel Club as a purebred Staffordshire Bull Terrier or American Staffordshire Terrier. |
