That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw
+ l9 ~ H% m0 s( e' i* _That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act 4 B9 t; O' T+ }. M6 l3 d: l2 n0 Z
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club 9 y, q6 \5 {/ n: u8 y7 @5 p( t
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed American Staffordshire Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club % `1 Y3 ] H( c4 |, O v, J
