我是今年九月来到爱城的，现在UA读ESL课程，准备明年一月在UA正式入学。我交的学费中包含了这几个月的医疗保险，以为学校会发医疗卡给我，但是到现在还没见到。哪位网友知道医疗卡是要自己去办，还是等学校会发给我？
如果要自己办的话，去哪里办？要什么材料？
