这大概要看对话的情景了，单拿出来翻译最好的还是多浪费几个词，说明你愿意帮助人家就可以了。但是，在对话中可能一个子就代表了全部意思：shoot。意思就是说有什么就直接了当统统讲出来吧！

口语要简单精练，任何语言都一样。而且要看什么场合，还要看什么人说什么话。
大家的说法，都没有错。问题是看在什么场合。
: k% A9 g' _. D, `比如在办公室，大概可以说 let me know when you need help.
( j4 g% A7 n5 w在餐馆，大概可以说 at your service.  如果在办公室说这句话，大概会觉得怪怪的。
比如在建筑工地，你如果对你的co-worker说 let me know when you need help 就有那么些太文绉绉了，不适合简单快捷的工作场合。我经常说的只是 “Need help?”
