TOEFL or no TOEFL , It depends on what you want to study and your language level. Many colleges in Edmonton, like NAIT, Macewen, Reese, CDI... % n8 _4 `2 L SGet more inforamtion from either website or friends or whatever. And talk with the students advisor there. A lot of peopel will help you out there.
