Technical college diploma in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Experience

·         Experience providing helpdesk service and support.

( ~" g6 n, u" u$ D% W! e·         Experience installing and configuring PC desktop, including upgrades and repairs.

·         Experience installing and configuring desktop operating systems (Microsoft Windows 2000, XP Pro).

·         Experience installing and configuring applications software (i.e., Microsoft Office).

2 t( Z- _1 ?7 W$ w·         Experience in specifying and purchasing of desktop computer systems appropriate to the users needs would be an asset.

Salary Range
$ k1 z1 H5 \, i. c) a2 LFrom $45,280 to $58,217 per annum. In addition, an incumbent occupying a position within the CS Group is currently entitled to receive a terminable allowance of $139 per month.
