We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

3 o3 _$ X7 S7 X, M: o' XDuties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
. z1 m7 F9 i- J! \) K•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
( T& c" V/ ?6 g7 ]# }•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

  E6 b' l7 m1 R, P# gRequirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
& }; }( C0 d" n3 P8 }; }•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
- N- j% t  T3 U# ]* I•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
