We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

8 R' J- a& o. i! `/ e; p5 o; PDuties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
/ b( A3 k* ?/ o+ \% {" P/ d) K# Z" s•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
* G# U6 L( p* R9 F, B: k•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
  I2 \9 a* _  l# N; V•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

. n1 w+ \3 [' QRequirements:
4 {4 k. E4 N; {, {! O: T; P•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
  \  w' `/ I7 O* t) S: Z, \•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
, Z4 e( w8 n) o& L$ l: X•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
& \* U& W2 N4 w, ]" f5 K/ }# L•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
