0 I+ }$ h8 U9 r% ]/ F We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

Duties:
: I4 d% F7 Q, R•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
7 p, I' e  p+ g& \' \•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.

2 D- C+ K% ^$ s( A, Q2 X, T0 I•        Able to travel extensively ;
1 s4 ^' d6 E2 @8 T7 C$ a•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
4 {  @) z% G2 B$ n3 i7 S7 O•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  j6 t1 f. @/ s5 e3 _- c4 f•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
