We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

8 L6 |" x8 ^1 L  \! HDuties:
5 e3 h: s, l' v# ?0 g- l1 n: \•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
. y% Z$ }$ z6 K( S2 C: k' j8 Z•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
2 r. g4 y) m9 D; {% p, `•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
, c# n4 h3 C, e+ r•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
0 [: G3 l7 j7 q( y6 C: ]* s' S/ p( E•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
2 V5 t+ G, y4 v; {2 q* S•        Able to travel extensively ;
: g9 g1 a  |, ]8 O7 N0 ^•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
6 d$ R+ @  `% M6 j% n•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
2 ^  Z- K. W& `7 m1 Y5 m4 L•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
