; U$ O. Q5 z. C+ W% x0 j7 Q We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

Duties:
1 p: W: I* ~7 M' s% X. x! R  O•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
7 ^: p: @; |( [; n•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

! [% |# k1 v. m) O' _- C( J. PRequirements:
8 r$ s3 n$ w& r( e$ m" Q2 r•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
6 \1 }1 `2 J! j2 N" ?: [8 X•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
7 Z, D. g* i- g9 G9 c•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
5 ^! P$ k, o% P# I: |4 y5 t6 ]•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
7 M0 e  m% b" @' P5 M•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
