+ V7 v1 n% _5 {6 Z2 x  ?- ]& h0 F We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

: B3 f! F- H- R; s, \4 d7 sDuties:
3 z- i9 l: V9 ?5 l3 \, p; Z3 p+ Q•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
# N; n& m% @2 m8 y: n+ i•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
3 P! K" t7 z8 D* [2 W•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
+ z5 g; P# z( D+ p+ j" w$ f•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
4 ~4 f% v, i* ^: _•        Able to travel extensively ;
0 ?" w" e+ J, [6 g- ~, o+ }•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
4 R" N3 }8 u( @" }& D3 N2 |•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
% J7 \: j1 j6 {0 X' S•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
! a* f/ n8 c3 W1 u9 N) b9 @•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
