　　美联储宣布减息50个基点至1.5%，欧洲央行、英国央行、加拿大央行、瑞典央行和瑞士央行也纷纷减息。

应该是两个概念，一个是央行给商业银行的准备金隔夜拆息利率，一个是商业银行的借贷利率，没有必然联系吧
