1 |( M8 H; D5 SJob Description – Responsibilities
6 Q) J8 Y( c2 O% X•        accountable for T.A.N.G. (Towards A Non-Violent Generation) youth program
•        writing final reports and assisting in grant proposals for future youth programs
9 J0 B  ], l) h7 g$ f4 @•        supervising and recruiting volunteers for youth program
8 p  |0 H8 q) A: A/ _7 H; H* s9 k" s/ q•        coordinate, develop and manage a summer youth program
* J( }* M* I  n1 f) G& F•        liaison and working with community and community services providers to further develop youth and girls/women program
- i' \* a+ g) ]•        train in areas of management, organization and fundraising
•        accountable for evaluation of all activities based on logic model
- S$ `; d0 a7 ^+ N•        demonstrate team spirit in achieving visions and objectives of the Centre
, e6 _8 _: ]: p/ l9 Z3 l•        participate in external committees, conferences and workshops for youth related issues
•        be open and willing to explore new ideas
•        assist with other activities/programs at the Centre

•        be energetic, enthusiastic and most importantly, sense of humor

Qualifications
•        degree/diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or any other post secondary education with related work experience
•        good oral and written English, second Asian language an asset
•        experience in community work, supervising and managing youths, volunteers, immigrant related issues, experience or knowledge of crime prevention issues an asset
•        leadership skills, well organized, able to multi-task, good social skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
