•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
+ y; C* R2 w* b7 e( Q•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.! H6 ?5 J- e/ K, K( i- r0 l
•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  3 B1 s0 y1 i9 J; O+ w
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.

•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.; u8 V; z3 i- z# A1 R& @
•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.+ A* l. _% G* b( C0 S! n( E* E
•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.

( W+ D0 O$ C9 h' m•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.
4 z3 f4 S6 `7 x5 ^•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.

•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required.

•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment. 1 s7 I7 _8 d3 P$ v) }  |
•        Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
