General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.- H8 _5 W2 \! G' @

Accounting and Admin:) C- n* u; {/ V4 {3 s5 L
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
& g/ U7 Z: Q0 A! [o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.8 b" D" o) {( j9 K- y5 x% j% K
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
7 m, x' O& r9 b3 B3 x* U/ o3 Po Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.( z* E8 L. h# f% s# `* w
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
" z2 `6 m. K+ {9 I" lo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
0 @/ t; k* G, R% a5 j# t% B) n, Z. Lo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.- l8 P9 S3 o) t+ A n X
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.. @# w( A/ K- r" L1 g+ V! N$ p" X
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.& R% ~( ^2 n0 u% x6 p5 P6 o
Operational:
! S4 k$ c3 z" [* d4 n4 vo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
5 K5 g8 R; p4 L5 f1 A1 n1 ], n' Qo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
' F8 r+ @, K+ s. Yo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.3 V- v/ N) d# i' q" r- L1 ^
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.5 m2 Z0 b M' \2 W) Q
Clerical:
3 {" g- b5 |: M- H; h. n# a1 c* Do Telephone and reception.

o Hotel and travel bookings.

o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.5 _' D: G# Q3 C9 ~, S; p8 \& K

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.
