" Y- r6 @$ d# M" o# J, |) PGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.7 [2 i p/ M# M. I0 t4 w
9 ]" x h3 \; i+ W7 G0 PAccounting and Admin:
% o4 o, S( Z# Po Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
# L) b8 z, S" l* |; i+ ao Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.4 |: O; e" w6 a$ s* J. k
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
& K2 }- o* ?$ J) oo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
; I$ H& i* d2 @8 p. k. xo Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
! t& G; o8 x: Z9 Zo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.6 o: d2 Z9 W! I
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.- p r. G4 d9 a/ |
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
% Q( N$ g; H7 d! [& W" j3 w; T yo Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.
- {( q! q2 N1 y, UOperational:% \! X$ Q* X- k4 u. t
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
- b, Y$ X# ~8 Go Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
8 r. a) a; \: V* H* a+ \ mo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
8 B. ]! v2 j6 {+ _) ro Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.* o. H' I4 O1 j: f
Clerical:% j' g k4 N" {: }1 S. @3 t" [- l
o Telephone and reception.
5 ^% |" x$ p" |- P. @) F' ~o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
/ e: y# {/ g2 A# q& Ho Hotel and travel bookings.
, Y2 K1 H5 _- x" q; y }. Ro Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
l X, u3 r! [# bo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.3 ?3 x2 c) A, k

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files., P$ s! C5 z3 _
