Location: Saskatoon

Major Responsibilities: % ~, x3 f2 ^; G0 b6 P
q; @$ E" O- J8 ^0 gGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

Accounting and Admin:
4 V# u& s# y' n% [3 t5 D; Vo Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.7 _; o& ^8 n* W1 a
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
- \; A' H- y% {4 k" |3 wo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
. m+ s9 R* K' R6 uo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.( v) z4 S+ S/ \9 o2 u
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
) Z: f8 P8 M+ X/ ho Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.$ C7 ` i& O# z) D( N4 Z) X
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.; B$ O6 A9 B' }* S& \
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization." G" @, ~; ^" J: _* g3 s' n1 Y7 R+ {- J
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.- M$ P/ |( \; E% Q) n I
Operational:
; \, M) ?# g" T5 H$ [- Lo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff./ N& u: v, ?8 b2 O, N: x9 p. A
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
6 l* M& T, |! Y- I! Do Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
' [) F, {3 x; o, H2 N' s) Q: ]" Vo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
/ k- @" l; y- C6 y. X8 T4 P. P4 SClerical:
0 O0 s+ ~) l" J' Z* Y: Bo Telephone and reception.# a$ d+ A3 u8 N# h' U5 [1 N
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
* x2 |1 c( J' J% S fo Hotel and travel bookings.& y/ y, y0 v2 G$ G; Q% Y7 [8 m
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
6 m4 }( c% i* E) To Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.7 Q% a' d4 u; L4 I
o General office filing.5 h1 q, v& _- ?( b9 i/ L
o Filing and archiving of closed work order files. w% A( w) t' [1 v
o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.' L8 v! q1 U% N) ^1 h

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.

• Proven ability to show initiative.
