* n* K" y+ _% B4 WGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.7 m" X% L8 z& G* v* ?

Accounting and Admin:
; S! ?8 Z* x' ^4 m1 b" }5 t: r6 ho Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
1 x Z' _( U& I+ qo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.6 s! x- R% w& j# b
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.! L; i+ Q K. U
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.3 ~" M) @' R/ e2 x# [
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
$ _' T% j# i) B6 Xo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
$ g4 s6 }# C- T$ go Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing./ U7 N" ?' Z8 a# _0 o
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
, k. Z$ l7 [" m. c: s+ E3 y9 Fo Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.0 r2 I$ \' ?. M" M- H+ y
Operational:
- [# |. g: R5 u) p; [5 Do Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.& z( v# v( l% r) H: W
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).0 e. ]8 L! v7 h: a2 {% K3 Q
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.$ y. L6 |. r9 ?% F) x
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
) v, ^7 D* i/ S& JClerical:, w% ^9 F; N3 l; E( c$ G4 \+ I
o Telephone and reception.4 G* r z( U9 Y. l. F! ^
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.1 L5 @/ d* Z, K% y6 Z
o Hotel and travel bookings.
7 B4 Z4 j9 s g! t4 eo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
4 Z2 c, J# }+ R3 c% Z% Zo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

! N8 S3 B4 {& G, Jo Filing and archiving of closed work order files.

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.
