You just need to be very honest. You should bring a copy of their job posting and according to their requirement tell them you meet all those. They may ask you what are your weakness and your strength. What you think you can do best and what you will need training.

Also prepare some questions to ask them. Like, who will you report to, what is the benefit, etc.
