Responsibilities
& p, X3 G. P5 Z2 z0 E6 ?5 Oo Accountable for Towards A New Generation (T.A.N.G.) youth program5 q! c( c# X4 M) `
o Writing final reports and assisting in grant proposals for future youth program
6 J; ^" `4 N1 ?- v5 V3 G3 bo Supervising and recruiting volunteers for youth program
4 {8 e+ W0 x& K0 E8 `o Coordinate, develop, and manage a summer youth program
! e) p: w1 K( s% P- So Liaison and working with community and community services providers to further develop youth and girls/women program. h' |% U8 t2 m( t3 k, h% y
o Train in areas of management, organization and fundraising: a b1 z1 A# r& b6 U
o Accountable for evaluation of all activities based on logic model, w" o: v W6 ?. w$ ^. h
o Demonstrate team spirit in achieving visions and objectives of the Centre
- t' M4 u, s! ^$ M% ]) c5 Xo Participate in external committees, conferences and workshops for youth related issues2 E w2 ~5 s2 C: S# a
o Be open and willing to explore new ideas

o Be energetic, enthusiastic and most importantly, sense of humor

Qualifications
" J, C3 M5 | E: H( b N: s8 o5 P) [' p; `o Degree/diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or any other post secondary education with related work experience3 s8 a+ O1 Q3 Q: f. n: C; X
o Good oral and written English, second Asian language an asset
H! J2 `* B5 x( D/ Y; m8 h6 mo Experience in community work, supervising and managing youths, volunteers, immigrant related issues, experience or knowledge of crime prevention issues an asset
3 L# g9 f' s! d: W: X$ X- Oo Leadership skills, well organized, able to multi-task, good social skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
$ G. }9 T; w& \- ro Willingness to learn
