I thought it means I'm sorry to hear that, but the respones is : it's not your fault, # G8 W$ g5 s& t/ T# F+ w ' m, D; l0 I& m* H5 s' _9 V$ X+ {so , would anyone tell me the right answer? Pls- I! J) e1 P; I& Y4 z

很显然:sorry about that 的意思绝非:听到这消息很遗憾或很抱歉,而且"很对不起",因此人家会说:这不是你的错. & Q1 _' T7 m" N' r& D3 m4 }4 Q i- q9 D4 \9 K# U, q, r$ A
这也就是我发贴的问题.
"I am sorry" or "Sorry about that" is the simplified usage of "I am sorry to hear that". Although the respones is " It's not your fault," IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT!
