Context: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
# L1 Y6 L9 S/ }, o
Duties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

; q( d, Z& C% }$ R  ?(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
" W+ N8 L9 D" \  l  s2 xHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm
2 Z& \* r% k: }7 R2 }* W+ M& O+ l
Duties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

, M9 w% h- Y' o$ JWhere: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
' F7 s) z, y' K/ J9 XHours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

9 {8 w/ n) h) m' MDuties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
