1. Consults with Sales Team in the layout, design and space planning of/ |1 w+ [4 y- w% |
furniture specifications for client offices. Travels to client’s location to

7 X1 _+ {5 `" c) W. ?2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,

drawings, block plans, space plans and finished working drawings for

4. Offers technical design and creative consultation to customers by answering

5. Coordinates, develops, and reviews proposed project designs and construction7 g o* j% T& x& Z+ @1 {% b' q& p
plans. Prepares presentation material including color finish boards. Reviews job

6. Validates plans against construction, electrical engineering and Architect

7. Develops project specifications, double checks specifications against plans,
- ?/ ]- A: Y5 wassures specifications are ready for order entry (SIF file), and manages changes

8. Verifies the company design standards have been met. Provides on-site job
) E }$ V# o% |. }inspections comparing construction drawings to final build-out.

10. Works with installers to ensure installation meets customer specifications.

experience required. Prior experience in office furniture industry, general" T+ a) \5 t8 `' O
knowledge of systems furniture, and experience in customer interaction required.
