PURPOSE:

product pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes, includes as-built

3. Provides professional customer interface by attending client planning
4 K. q. p% z) rmeetings to determine furniture needs and develops solutions to meet these

5. Coordinates, develops, and reviews proposed project designs and construction% u) D7 T9 u1 I! W, `/ x
plans. Prepares presentation material including color finish boards. Reviews job
$ ? x& h( k* g0 N; ~site in order to perform accurate measurements. Will do plan-to-site adherence* ^ j6 q" u( o

6. Validates plans against construction, electrical engineering and Architect7 F& y% `& J& H1 I3 E
& Design (A&D) drawing sets.

and revisions.

inspections comparing construction drawings to final build-out.
% i: U3 b; u" q' N' v9. Tracks, records and ties design hours to specific projects for job costing.
+ W* W7 v: O5 `5 M7 X; P, [5 @10. Works with installers to ensure installation meets customer specifications.& L# r; V% e# [4 k& F0 d+ E$ C& H
11. Participates in work-in-progress (WIP) and open order backlog review, k! e6 P( D& E3 o2 Y' b6 z$ U/ Z0 F. ^

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design with a minimum of two (2) years in a
! d4 H% m8 F. P4 Mrelated field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and
$ R( [7 T. K# x* j/ nexperience required. Prior experience in office furniture industry, general
. `* v5 f! M4 v/ z5 [knowledge of systems furniture, and experience in customer interaction required.
