# ]* p+ l: S0 M+ J5 D! V5 b! `* RThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

$ D) h- H0 G1 r( m6 z= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
: C' R% n7 Z- M* G0 t& J% b& tThis price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- o$ g/ S/ x8 {$ V/ s4 X
- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

1 M; A  [: P( ^5 t( ^6 P4 F7 yAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
