The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

: ~5 c& Y0 B/ @; n* l/ e$ vHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

7 d0 L8 q1 y) n9 \Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

! Q* W, e8 J) B4 |( A- B( ]= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
; Z" h! \8 e& k/ ^) p- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
( s4 q* q* g. O! d# O: D3 y0 B+ z- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- ?" c6 I/ a* [4 I2 {$ ^- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
