5 N9 x' P: R4 Q1 N5 RThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

5 \, T1 G, ?2 Q5 EHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

! T" |9 q# ^+ v4 L= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
  X1 L/ x5 @  ~, Z( D; BThis price includes:
0 P$ T  s5 S& g: ]+ h6 }- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

& k8 f8 t- L7 B- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
/ M5 J0 D. p9 R- l- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

/ d" ]& ]' j, v$ E3 z7 m; v3 nAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
