+ W: Q6 R; t. {( ^: m9 bThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

" W/ y" L5 `) o( xHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

8 W/ d0 l( ]' A8 f& v5 W9 H6 p= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
+ g7 K# G1 D( ]& E- D. _- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
