5 v: K- i; s# y- rThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

/ z$ c# f' K- i1 `5 N4 p  i- U= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
8 v6 Q* o3 h, [% v- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
  j; `! ?" ~$ E: A; I- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking

- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

( ~/ `: {4 e4 z- q, L" N3 lAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
