Works within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele/ R7 A" {/ t, y. m, Y) k
Responsible for specialization in workstation image management
, T7 L% z, m) Z" O' |, `Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers. g! k. i0 C- D& z# L
Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support( z# i$ K6 B6 O
Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff0 O+ U- Q& {; m) R. _
Edits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System9 `' O5 j) t+ {5 b! ~( K5 D' l
Develops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP
7 I5 E8 C/ _" G0 tDevelops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS

Qualifications& X T# n/ _& d ]# r! b
Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program' ?' _; d/ a' d
Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer7 R: T9 R# S/ c# B( w) |- t% c) g
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
- l, U4 l0 C+ B5 l# G) w- O6 jExperience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL): r- q) M$ w4 s" F& D3 f5 l
