/ ^( r( {& z0 E! rWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele
Responsible for specialization in workstation image management
7 b3 B, R, @# d/ {- ZResponsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
: }) w/ a; c( L! Z, s  g0 `/ LProvides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
Edits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System

3 T/ H0 H! u# l. L& f  ^# pDevelops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Designs, develops and implements MySQL relational databases
Qualifications
9 a2 u; e9 q" H. S2 T$ Z! fTwo year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
4 M+ e" V/ L, B5 u% M7 ^Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)

Ability to work independently and in a team environment and under pressure
