Works within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele) M7 f" X% C* C

Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers6 N0 P( w- e2 D. J# W9 w7 o

Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff$ C* l5 h4 }3 s. w
Edits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System

Qualifications
* @- M8 S& ^" t: v5 W) G9 aTwo year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
: L& \2 U3 H$ L2 `1 ]& ?! L9 }Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer9 j& p n9 {8 t
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations. o9 m# {" s$ ~* E
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)+ ]9 ?9 e* Q* ]
Strong analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills
