Are you an immigrant woman who:
+ u: L3 N* w2 ^% b( u! a
7 q. m$ d$ Z# o-  arrived in Canada less than three years ago?
+ z# {# y- }) t) \8 G( W4 e4 H-  has taken an English language assessment test?
-  scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?

If the answers are yes, then you are invited to apply to attend our pre-employment program

MAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component.  It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.

Counseling to help you find what is right for you.
Opportunity to develop your English Language skills.
Opportunities in class to practice difficult situations, e.g. a job interview or proper telephone etiquette.
) B# Z0 Y. f2 TInformation about community agencies and services.
' _) `- V, q+ {9 O# ?Information about going back to school, returning to work, or changing your job.
: C: t% l2 n! j! {5 q  O' pContinued support after the course to help you carry out your plan.
