我 時 常 去 COSTCO﹐  但 我 不 是 他 們 的 會 員 。 & X1 W0 H; I9 ?1 z- P* n
因 為 我 用 他 的 GIFT CARD進 去 ﹐  但 只 收 現 金 。 4 Y$ [4 e! h2 V" [7 V, C; R. g' j$ `
會 費 太 貴 ﹐  又 不 是 時 常 去 ﹐  這 樣 化 算 一 點 ﹗

can non membership person buy gift card, where to buy? Do I need to pay more for the same stuff if I am not membership by using gift card?; l0 p* D9 n+ G! q6 m! R

is cash card and gift card are same thing?

I did not got cash card either. I think it is seperate. or you can call them.
