- assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker

- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population access to mainstream services
9 c( L# V! k6 S/ n* J- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of social services
1 H: x$ D/ i4 z _+ F- I5 s% u5 z: P- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies
" p: ?2 q& U" p6 Y8 C- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members3 v8 l7 j- ]! u/ g& {
- update ASSIST website' U4 B1 U+ U, M/ E
- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre
3 r X1 H5 j7 q. `$ H" ^9 K$ P- v8 `3 u- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services j) E& @( H( Z! r& ?9 g% J& e
- assist in writing proposal for ISP

- assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time3 ]/ M+ N, b- Y8 J

- work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends as required)

- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of experience and education 0 T, j6 [* u+ D1 O. s
- good oral and written Chinese and English skills% k* F+ Q& I. J$ E, a; S% ?5 H
- experience in community work and immigrant services" N" m' A: o9 ~4 `0 n" p9 ^
