- answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.

Qualifications:5 i! Z" I5 A3 b) W5 x0 t& p$ i
- post secondary diploma
5 ~: M1 S6 n2 ^( K3 D- customer service and office clerical experiences# N6 M# ?1 m% y z6 g
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset+ T) v( r' h t2 i0 j6 n W

- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to provide services for Chinese community
C4 Q9 @4 \2 k# V$ {8 E- t4 }- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population access to mainstream services, q0 D" u9 h- T- ]4 x+ C
- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of social services8 y) G9 j2 y9 R& N) J
- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies
$ L% x/ E) _) x9 H7 z% R( A. D# }- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members" U! b! e( H; l) o% ]1 q+ ?
- update ASSIST website
: S2 _9 t+ S; s: T1 f( g# k- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre# g# C4 o2 D9 H! }, Y. C& O
- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services5 N+ u% J2 X( z5 g3 o }1 K/ {
- assist in writing proposal for ISP
, ]0 a6 s) ?! B2 n- write quarterly and final reports for ISP1 e; u6 J8 ^# u) j% z3 t
- hold regular meetings with ISP team

Qualifications
3 p+ n# J1 L3 C' ?8 S; _- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of experience and education 3 H6 v1 i$ ~/ F1 G I" A
- good oral and written Chinese and English skills* b/ U: G- v! O: @5 Z( x
- experience in community work and immigrant services/ a2 X0 b) X4 k9 _
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset
