楼主有钱，这么多钱买apartment，实在是潇洒！
1 B% F- H, E% f! A- o0 h如果让我选，第一个肯定不买。房屋面积小，紧靠着105ST（过河的大路），车辆奇多，太吵。这个房子唯一好的地方就是新。
; u& _; r2 c5 i% z' o7 M+ T5 T第二个房子我去过，说是2004年建的肯定有水分，我知道这个房子在2004年重新装修过的，不过内部非常不错。
$ U8 l/ x& i3 Q: q第三个我觉得不错，紧靠着河岸，夏天没事到河边散布肯定很爽。不好的地方也是离过河的大街109ST太近，晚上容易吵。

这几个房子我觉得都不怎么样。我也喜欢住APARTMENT，一直在看。

第二个房子的介绍说是04年建的，我知道的是04年重新装修的。
