a friend bought a house last year at 410,000, size is 1540 something.
1. put down 31000 for down payment.
0 Q& D7 t& }+ {% u' S5 {: _1 R2. Market price for the house now is 380,000 or even 360,000 in some other area.

what are you going to do if this is you.
" L% x: ?  z6 D0 P5 ^5 aa. cancel the order and lose 31000?
b. continue to build the houes?

现在只能咬牙挺啦，应该还一部分利息了吧。否则破产，更难受。年底损失实在大的话，再决定

真是有钱人啊。下定金的时候怕是买不到房子吧。既然买了就要挺住。
