there are a few kinds of BH that help cars start from extreme cold weather,
7 X* v* O1 @; {. @# |3 ?basically , BH keep the car warm by heating up the oil pan-which keeps the engine oil from frozen, or by heating up the coolant/radiator, and keep the engine block warm.. `6 x; a' T7 I* F& V1 q" l5 a, T% ^7 ]
Either way, the engine shall not be frozen with use of BH.

A good synthetic oil, 5w20 or 5w 30 , or 3w 20 have a pure point of -30 to -40 degrees.- G. q4 E$ V$ U5 R+ u* U
( p: v2 B9 R8 \% x- k! vif you have BH or SO, but ur car still could not be started up, and you have not checked/replaced your battary before the winter came, I bet the battary is dead. |
