& r1 n/ F3 L2 ]/ h0 l" QThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (Feb. 17 - 22).

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.& l3 {1 M6 E; i/ [! q

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)7 H- N1 G* V! B& ^( E6 t

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.) 7 R) @ C& @( c# z
= Children under 5 years old are Free

) x! ~( M# R) Z9 e3 C t- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.* F7 w( G* O+ V0 R$ k
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights3 p* s1 }% x# W6 v7 ^$ G9 K( V
+ R$ d7 r# A5 C( k+ ?8 M! ]2 [, ?& Z) } ~4 ^
- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
4 ~# M" d( ~) G3 G* j- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.); d) p, Z! D" P; X- R
- Bus Parking

- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver. 1 \& [8 T0 C+ V( B& J! o
