place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. l$ c. j; ~4 @( C# K
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.( \/ m* P4 o8 Q( `7 h+ B, ?( N$ _
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
