It is very easy!

+ P1 E' C1 u. o; @( I' d" I+ eput the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.5 B. v6 d1 X; _2 ?% a$ a; m
place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown.
$ s4 k7 ~$ p- w3 s' |then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.7 U, U( f& b* y0 U, `! V
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done., h0 ~/ o! K0 E5 [) B: O
If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.; N5 h! ]: j' P" j
