I never heard people would say "office house", more office building or office tower. If an office is really a house, it would be just "office". A house and mansion still have their limitation on size hence mostly refer to residence/dwelling. A mansion is just a bigger house, not apartment.0 E# T# V- v6 `6 r: c2 d I; M g
