Skills and Competencies:
•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
( i. S0 O9 B7 a; z•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
" C# |2 n' ~3 n5 M# n•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
9 d/ x$ z8 m4 B/ j•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4 L: d0 D* s& m% }: l•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
0 E  W/ K( [! `) q- K$ P7 }- ^; j•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

( G) L& W% c# I3 U•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
& S. s! j+ Z  u1 k+ J•        Manage personal backlog of projects
* U& }- D5 |% X+ e6 c# ]. ]•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
