Skills and Competencies:
3 E& D" M/ Y' i$ }/ J•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
# l- h- N8 g* v' `•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
$ r4 `" d: [3 I" ?/ z•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4 x& A$ c: I) T" e•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system

9 {% u$ U% x$ G8 n9 _•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
