Skills and Competencies:
5 E4 r# O; \- l- M$ l9 f•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
" {) H4 S/ m/ j2 \+ H& ]4 L•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
+ D% n% Q# u9 |! W0 e6 t% Y•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
( _) L/ o; `# M' H) ~•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•        Strong interpersonal skills.

•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
, s2 y) D4 m- e% l* Q/ @•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
