Interview 1: by manager and technical leader

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.- s1 [/ ~* S* _

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

& T2 l& ^3 \% P, c8 vThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.) Y) K7 ^9 {* `' ~+ V& R3 ?. T
* v( b w1 G1 ?One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.% r9 ?; S. n2 A

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

' B. z S7 y. W- l6 P8 bHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.! z6 A7 ^5 H& U2 f$ h
( D" [- w9 X3 L, R1 a- ^One hour later, I got a reject email!% Q/ K+ c, ]6 g6 \* O2 u% c6 W

PS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
