-Other questions:
, X' s" z% j1 f- @9 WManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress., v9 [( |1 l3 G- Y& j
8 L4 P4 ^% [: \8 Q8 vAfter the interview, I did not get any feedback.

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

* d& b3 ]( T4 `, F' q" `* ROne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

+ G7 V1 e+ O+ T8 n# n1 t, H, y6 WHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.& T, w5 y9 B: K7 f. j# _ x/ V
+ B) a% X: f& h2 t" R; FOne hour later, I got a reject email!7 G# P0 ]3 T. k6 r8 ?% R6 ~* ?

& @8 |6 s% l' E- O" y1 zPS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
