Interview 1: by manager and technical leader

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development)./ `! I; l9 p5 e( e# i. ~" `

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.- I! [! L4 j( z1 P2 i

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me. i* C' l. K* j3 ~/ [$ X
5 `3 T- h" G3 O2 o/ j1 JOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project. S1 n, x, m; V3 h( z: W6 w
# V- w1 G/ Q5 ]9 _ AHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.% m+ v* `6 I( m: P+ x- {' l7 B- ` ~
: z. R/ `9 s+ X# h* u1 vHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

, z! ?% e3 P2 U6 M# DHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.
