Interview 1: by manager and technical leader( B0 y% j. q- I7 w& C8 ^
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.% u: K- E6 |' ?

6 r7 f. c; c/ PThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

7 g, b$ t4 N$ O$ KOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.2 Y2 Q( D# t7 u4 z8 k% X

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.1 [" @# i/ N! _ i& n' A% \- s
2 @( R. }0 }# L$ m4 sHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).4 D1 m O- x; z2 P; m5 r

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.6 a, u8 m/ q0 e' S: D% m3 K6 m; ?
