加拿大皇家银行(RBC)今天宣布将从12月20日起上调房屋按揭利率(residential mortgage rates). 具体见下表：

Six-month open 8.90 per cent (up 0.25 per cent)
Six-month convertible 7.10 per cent (up 0.25 per cent)
One year open 9.50 per cent (up 0.20 per cent)
