7 G; Z8 b2 ]5 K5 vand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
7 o; O, d* ?. KAlso bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
2 a) H5 ^) ?  S4 O# n- dThat unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
