Not sure if it works, I called Dell and was transfered between US and Canada 3 times, talked to 8 person and spent over 1 hr "HOLD".

The result is "SORRY, but I can give you another tel # to try (at your spare time)", and I said "Thanks, Dell do not deserve my business".
