烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup sugar 2 a5 N8 m5 l4 B9 |
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)
/ H, i$ o# X0 d• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)9 s5 f3 u2 R$ e
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 F4 N4 C) _. Y, W6 d• 4 eggs, well beaten

Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition.
. n3 P3 P9 X$ k! DTurn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
; r3 A: A5 \% XBake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.: q+ _9 q7 V4 _" i
- @ d! n9 ~/ u% G9 k这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。

检查是否烤熟的办法: 用牙签插一下cake中间,若没有什么粘在牙签上就熟了。 |
