The Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) at the University$ P4 z, L. X1 W, I
of Alberta will be holding a Spring Festival Evening Party around the
K7 h6 d5 R+ y eve of Chinese lunar New Year to add the diverse community Chinese
' G3 Y( \+ T2 @! ~1 G cultural activities. This event is not only a reminder of food, fun and
4 z. ?) `1 L% K9 H; N customs, but also a very good opportunity to wipe out our homesickness on i0 j: G$ u$ I/ Q
this broad land.2 h6 y( u- o- n- m8 R" c* n- Y- B
9 \2 e# x4 k t! T( b0 q7 B# _: [( tWe encourage students and scholars who are interested in performance to4 q( ^' N0 e+ q O1 E" x
contribute to the evening party by showcasing your abilities and
# f2 ]3 a. W9 o8 E& G talents. Although we have no luxurious dressings and professional skills in
/ l5 B, T9 _+ J) W( _ performing arts, the most critical point we have is our passion to show4 F$ V# d: Y; D! e; L
ourselves such as any topic related to our life and studies in
+ M( t0 Z Q! C5 S. z z. N Edmonton. Please come and join us to fill up the party. It’s going to be a

sung by a single singer or multiple singers, song and dance (Ge Wu),
b9 `; g! z! _* h/ G5 D% g2 o/ L7 ? stand-up comedy (Xiang Sheng), skits (Xiao Pin), drama (Hua Ju) or any+ p% Y& J. s+ F" I% e0 y
performance with instruments (e.g., piano). It would be great if your
9 F1 |/ S1 }* d7 k program could reflect our society. If you have a play for skits, stand-up$ M* a4 Z0 J- G
comedy or drama to present, please contact CSSA for performance since
/ O* Q6 S$ S5 v4 ^9 X7 G CSSA executives want to have a show collectively." d) u" R& y# D

Meanwhile, a host is needed for the evening party. Volunteers are also8 i. y, @4 k Q1 |
on demand to work on the stage to assist lighting and audio system
