这个房子超值

这个区不错。同样的新房，估计在Builder那儿新建要65万以上，建好还得等1年多。有条件的同学可以看看。
只是此房是东西向的，不过很多洋人喜欢东西向的。

% P- a, r. y! B, O( ]  {I recognize the layout of this house. It's called "New Castle", built by Mac & Mitch. You can choose the same spec home from the builder for $520k as of now. Why buy it from a flipper for $600k?

Can't you read English? I have stated the builder already.

  U6 ?$ F/ F& }+ E+ Q; qThe base model is $520k. This one is an expanded version (mostly extra room on the garage) of  the NewCastle model. You can contact the builder and ask for a quote, if you are really interested.

现在529平米的LOT在那片，得＄200K以上吧，照那么算，现在不用＄320K可以造2400SQFT的房子了？

I have already stated that, in the same area, $520k can buy you a base model with about 470 sq meter lot. A larger lot, such as this one, would cost $20k more, and choosing the extension would cost another $20k~$40k.

. N- J1 a( D5 W  E* F" \I just don't understand why is this one "超值" when it's priced above the builder's existing spec home. However, I do acknowledge that the pricing of this one is not as mad as some of the other Comfree listings.

I would say it's "超值" when it's 10% below the builder's price.

Currently, the only deals are on the MLS, not Comfree.

529.2 平米 的 Lot Size上 建了 2419 尺 的房子，估计没什么院子了吧。

对新房子来说，5700sqft的lot也不算小啦。要想lot大，就只能买旧房了。

亚省虽富，但分配不公，房版成了渲泄愤怒的场所。卖房者一向受到攻击。但和其他地区房版的粗言秽语相比，争论双方尚可算君子，淑女。
