5 `& H' O  Z: X7 h; L4 i; KJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

0 R* \! C% \4 {. P0 L7 c# c: `# p3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

. j) g9 h; j+ r9 v5 ~: z1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
% K' ^2 P4 O/ W1 J1 A
$ K' G& ^1 I/ U  L  P# W2) Cashier experience.

) T9 O' K3 v: s( g3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
$ T% V4 X( t; J6 ~: ~
4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
