4 X$ [& |  ~0 O* a5 p) qJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

" l6 H7 _* M: z, O. G6 K/ l1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
. i, {( R0 f0 r& g  p6 Q/ H
1 b( P+ g% v' W3 F, r' U0 J( Y2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

. s& G7 L% U" A9 O0 n" P3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.
! Z7 H. f- L( I% z. x  I* ~- _8 P
5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.



QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

4 I6 c0 Q. X! P9 \! K2) Cashier experience.
( Z! O; i& L1 e6 W
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

& _6 {( s7 D* v; {' [5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
