JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

# {% R, I( j9 C8 v, Q8 y7 E1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
# i' r9 u4 N! R3 T! P
2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
5 Z* M2 [9 Q' g0 |! P
3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.
3 H* t4 Y. G9 N/ A5 L& r
- a* j/ M* H8 I# X4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

+ K- f! P6 A4 u, G; C7 f6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

" K6 t6 {5 {" Z; R- fQUALIFICATIONS:
- c$ _3 A* }3 @! z+ I
) ]& W  i3 V, e+ W2 Q  l* L1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
% m9 e4 i; x3 T: F7 v- N# I
2) Cashier experience.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
, {4 O) d, t( D- c
. c( A1 S! p3 a: f0 ^  \; E4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
