JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

0 j6 M- l" g1 D" ]  _6 N( o3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

( _9 A$ D) z  @) E; u3 Z' p0 c) i4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.



QUALIFICATIONS:
/ |- E4 G7 Y" _7 }, l
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.

' F' `: J% g" ?6 p+ A4 P3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
! R/ q( N8 H$ i1 C% F# u. h
' C$ {% G: t6 u% _4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

3 l9 ?( b; f9 ?4 s) i3 j( F# j% r4 @5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
