0 ]6 `( y0 M  E- v' V. f# q/ GJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

0 s# v( {: C" H2 S9 N% H: I DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  Z, o% F& `- t1 F0 ~9 Z4 U5 X# k
( ]4 X; _# p/ ]1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
) L/ B5 v3 B# A/ }3 c
2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
! m6 K. o  c  Q- X
5 Q2 @9 n/ j) ]- H! f3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

6 A0 ~& z8 g/ X! ~% V" \3 {/ Z5) Serve as cashier when required.

3 D  T+ l" P7 O: XQUALIFICATIONS:
) V6 `" @3 X+ h' d
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
! B" _; P; V; c9 M
' ~0 s+ v# k- X: j' M6 U% Y4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5 x$ Z' M4 K& a" e1 P* S) @5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
