申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

% U( }$ ]. t0 u& S$ e' v; RPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
7 Q0 C6 V/ F# p7 l9 {( penthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
3 \: B  G! x% d1 `" Q. C2 yand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
" C+ L% n1 X  R( J* w/ D3 `integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
3 H- b* X+ y8 ^2 S* e; E1 a(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
8 e# Z- f3 x4 @/ _3 N. \- x+ s(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
) a- F- C, r! n0 b, @$ ^(e) A good team work player.
