d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
9 G- c3 Q, ~- i' G; @  Y3 B  I5 X6 Nand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
$ t' H% Q- X) ]6 ?+ L! lPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
& v& s) D5 i2 |+ k2 t+ B9 l0 f% D* Tintegrated system/circuit design.

9 h& g  G; o) s* {. DThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
" |8 `0 ?) K6 X: D(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
, k2 o; Z" t& g0 N1 W3 z(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
