The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:& t6 a h$ Y8 _& _; F
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.

(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
