c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
9 e. Y. o# w+ n2 b* Gand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
% l- J5 X8 ~$ G; ]! E5 xintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
+ c! u- ~6 O4 Z" R(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
7 q1 }+ j9 a3 C  K) `' O. t(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
# g. x; x* Y" ?  y; z8 q2 i(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
, s& u" F7 n  n  P5 y$ i# ~(e) A good team work player.
