c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
0 `  q0 d2 S4 A/ ]and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
$ P7 K( V4 _7 a9 }integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
6 _8 ^& m+ f" A# o) s7 U(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
2 ^# Q7 |, ^9 A) t# U(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
