EDMONTON - A woman was killed Monday when the truck she was driving turned over and crushed her beneath its roof.+ L+ L# ^4 `) E7 A* L
: p8 A# ]( N; M6 ^! q7 e3 _The woman was driving a gravel truck two kilometres north of Westlock when it veered off the road. The truck rolled across Highway 44, trapping and crushing the woman in the cab.) `) i- m" h6 v1 t- k

Audrey Wiedrick, 57, from Westlock, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to RCMP. She was not wearing a seat belt.( H1 }( R3 y1 e
Wiedrick worked for Alberta Highway Services and was hauling a water tank and asphalt packer when the accident occurred, said Jason Maloney, spokesman for the Alberta occupational health and safety office.6 J7 W8 J. @, D) d
) s5 f4 H, g& g: Q3 B. pIt is not known what caused the woman to drive the truck off the road. Occupational health and safety and the RCMP are investigating.
