Your main responsibility will be to operate a cube van, maintain, repair and clean residential recycling depots in the City of Grande Prairie.

! e, _1 e" _: d2 r  v- m" eoperate cube van                                /maintain, repair and clean recycling depots
litter pick-up                                      /snow removal
assist customers with their recycling and directing them to the proper bin location for disposal
be available to work weekends           /assist in other areas of Eco Centre operations as required


8 L1 j6 I/ }/ Q1 ISkills and abilities required for this position include:
good physical condition                   /have a valid Alberta class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract
6 W  o6 c" v$ v2 Y# e6 R0 cknowledge of recycling and disposal options in Grande Prairie /certifications or the ability to attain, WHMIS and First Aid
ability to work effectively as part of a team     /have excellent customer service skills, enjoy interacting with customers; front-line customer contact is essential to the operation
a keen interest to contribute to a safe work environment

The current rate of pay is in accordance with the current C.U.P.E. collective agreement.
