If you want to go to UA, you probably need everything prepared as much as you have to in China.

5 t7 J# [# K9 |) r* ^the advantage is that you can go to see the professors and coordinators of the department, give them a live and personal  impression so that you will be considered in preference of those oversea students.

) z# }6 i$ a& T5 p3 R1 s3 i. b; r! gand also, you can submit your applications much later than those overseas students, who may suffer from visa applications.
