Member Relations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:¨
Develop and implement retention strategies for existing membership base
¨
Assist in the recruitment and development of new members
¨
  d: Z6 m9 K- w" rCommunicate facility information to both internal and external members; respond to feedback

Establishment and maintenance of group memberships
¨
! O+ ~& D; `( g# tProvide leadership and support to Member Services staff
¨
Administrative and clerical duties related to program delivery

Role model customer service excellence at all times

Qualifications:
¨
' x5 f' ]& `8 eMarketing/Sales experience or interest
¨
Strong communication, writing and time management skills
- |5 u) y+ E& w& I- g5 s¨
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CLASS
¨
Skilled with diverse clientele & a fast-paced work environment
¨
First Aid and CPR certification
