Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 5 N9 Y: D. S) f9 L" r. i
of Course Pack production., K5 b3 f* r1 m4 O, t9 y: k% q- s4 z1 F
- P2 j z5 X! b1 d0 lDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:+ ]4 [; x- x3 v% l+ o' D
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning , S+ s7 q2 N B6 R- s6 y& Y6 j
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
# k/ p: l1 d7 D- S @$ Z
; ]& R/ c& { K& b( ~" x0 ^2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
# |! }- B9 T1 h- sprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
* I& z+ }: N8 W% G ]! Z, j" _) N" \* l9 h/ q+ P5 c: h
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
' l) T0 ~* C7 a* ^) G$ Hcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
# R- R$ V: N% X: m, [keeping appropriate and accurate records.2 r1 |, ~9 k5 ?: ?/ x- Y" f
% \. n& L M" O/ N4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 8 }) d$ `- t0 W1 I: A0 K
failures to the Operations Manager.5 [$ a( _% e! H/ v& M

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 6 Q$ R; j% m' t% T. d
and adhere to regulations as appropriate." C7 o* c' }8 @; K! W, X' [9 u

QUALIFICATIONS:

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
& r0 G; M) i" g8 Z8 Sskills.& h( G- s4 D3 J

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.4 @) P1 A0 s8 [6 a4 g( |

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
