JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
; p, ` V4 f" A0 \SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
3 h1 L% {/ S( J ?7 ?% XSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects - z9 c, G$ X- E" l
of Course Pack production.

4 Q! R4 w/ s+ ~' w! pDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
! a: p% n3 E# o1 N6 a( h! f1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 1 E! A* [! j7 a3 n
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
8 D5 \9 }4 P+ \6 r( \% |; v# V
! O; [& ?0 B3 e- y- j2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including % }" M, {' p. ^9 J' Y
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.' O/ {- ^6 X% s5 I* x
5 U: w; A1 }1 _6 W# g+ x1 L3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
: e: \; `/ b: y! O& Tcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
& R7 b% D8 N+ d, Xkeeping appropriate and accurate records.5 C' K9 w9 u; D6 m3 D, y
& y5 d V N( s4 m! U2 }. p
4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 0 V7 O# `( u; r; K% i# B' g" p
failures to the Operations Manager.

- B1 o z* f3 a4 P+ \: f+ f" A3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.! [. ^7 d# n5 A: J: o6 R! |- W

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.; f; P& v9 O' a; p2 Z- G
( `+ b; ^+ [& L5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
