$ \( E: u* r. Q+ eSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
# o( S. z8 N7 K8 ] S W Qof Course Pack production.
* ~6 f3 p5 Q- N% q& ?7 O( g9 P0 q" J2 B/ x% l
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:" p% J1 K' |' Z% k3 N5 v. K% {$ j
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning % p, I: \7 X: ~
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing. |) f! h y9 o
0 M1 t9 h1 ?9 b. _0 A
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
; k8 f6 }. T: a7 a7 w0 x5 |' [) zprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
: W7 S& J D" }; ]& ~+ M; R; a- N# T* V, f! o. J- Z
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ! S& [8 q% a5 M& E+ l* W& @
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and ' G( J3 _# V7 r( f& E
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
( g" q9 B( N/ M: v9 ~failures to the Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
# \. u6 H3 Y! k1 N! W5 H3 w1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.4 U% G7 q* X8 g
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

1 t3 J6 F, U" \
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

1 P( U! y/ T- a% [ d4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
