JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- # }" b |% m; H6 I, _

Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects ' K3 ^1 h. [7 |( s3 e
of Course Pack production.8 l( m4 N! i8 ]6 P, r- Q K1 {
5 E" q% w) w' E4 `DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
% i! R5 T! W3 a3 F/ P1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 9 W/ N. d& i, C. }5 \
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
' a6 Q( Z7 T' i9 N* N K" {6 k
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including % O/ z t( c0 I+ E
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

6 }0 W8 s: C9 s7 m3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
/ ^/ K* j- l2 d E( Z, ocourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
: l8 ^& n$ r t. [$ `0 ^/ vkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

failures to the Operations Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.6 m' [0 L$ q" j k( E$ R
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication " E: Q2 E, B# I6 G) j+ h0 K' ^' x
skills.& v0 o$ S4 H+ k0 ^

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
